To maintain transparency and prevent fraud, an unboxing video is COMPULSORY for all return requests.

Shipping label
Opening process
Product condition ✔ Be continuous (no cuts or edits) ✔ Show:
Product clearly
Any damage/issue
⚠ No unboxing video = Return request will be REJECTED

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You can request a return if:
